Parking is opposite Tilshead water tower.
There is plenty of parking however if this car park is full there are others just along the road.
Once you're ready please cross over the road to the water tower and congregate to avoid being in the way in the car park.
Please arrive in good time to start walking for 11am, we will only wait 5 mins past for anyone that has marked themselves as going and may be running late.
The route we will take will be around 2 hours depending on pace and if we need to do any refreshment stops.
There is some uphill but not too strenuous. The route is mostly tracks but some maybe muddy so appropriate footwear required.
I do ask that all dogs are to be kept on lead on this walk mostly due to the fact that my own dog can be reactive towards dogs who approach her whilst they are off lead.
There may also be livestock about and despite being fenced in, usually only a bit of electric fencing.

If you can attend please mark yourself as going, if you can no longer make it mark yourself as not going so we do not wait for you.

There are no facilities here. There is a pub/ restaurant down the road in Tilshead but last time we visited dogs weren't allowed inside but they did have tables outside that we could sit at for a drink.
